We ship via UPS and USPS, or you may pick up your order for free at our Grantsville, MD warehouse. We offer free shipping on orders over $1,000 unless otherwise noted on a specific product page. General free shiping exclusions include rods over 6' 1 piece, larger nets over 12"W or 24"L, most bait buckets, and ice shelters and sleds. Orders over $1,000 that include items ineligible for free shipping will only be charged shipping on the non-qualified items.

Returns & Shipping Damages

Items shipped incorrectly by our mistake may be returned for exchange or credit. We may accept returns of items ordered incorrectly at our discretion and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items damaged during shipping will be credited. You must provide us pictures of any damaged items within 72 hours of receipt, provide a written list of all missing or damaged items with SKUs, value of the loss, and retain the damaged box(es) for two weeks for a shipping claims adjusted to review the damages is required by the shipping carrier.

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash - Local pickup only

All major credit cards - there is a 3% convenience fee on all credit card payments

EFT/ACH - We can debit your business checking account free of charge. Application and authorization required.

Check (Net30) - You can establish a store credit account to pay by check. Application and authorization required.

When you place an order on our website you agree to pay your invoice via the selected payment method. Placing your order provides us with your consent to collect the debt by the payment method you specified. Should we be unable to receive payment for the debt via the agreed upon terms you authorize us to collect any unpaid balances via any alternate payment methods available to us including, but not limited to, use of ACH or Credit Card. Any collections or  litigation expenses resulting from collection of the debt is the buyer's sole responsibility.
